Emergency Resources

If you don’t see what you are looking for and need help immediately, please call 9-1-1.

Your Mental Health is Important to Us.

We know how hard it can be to seek help when the mere mention of mental illness is fraught with stigma.

Our efforts are steadfast in ending the stigma around mental health and hope that by providing a list of resources, we can help you find the help you need when you most need it.

While we don’t have all the answers, we can refer you to different resources depending on your need.  This is by no means an exhaustive list of places to find help.
