Selina Martins

Selina Martins is a Public Relations & Corporate Communications Practitioner. She graduated with honours with a double major in Communications, Culture & Information Technology and Art History at The University of Toronto. Selina is currently furthering her studies with a Post Grad Certificate in Corporate Public Relations at Seneca College. Selina is delighted to be part of the Peaks for Change team and believes that helping to end the stigma surrounding mental health can benefit many individuals who are unaware of the struggles numerous people deal with daily.

Julia Bosa

Julia Bosa is a Registered Insurance Broker working in contract and developer surety. She graduated with an honours major in Economics at York University and obtained her RIB(Ont) license shortly after. Julia is currently Co-Chair of the Health & Wellness Committee at her workplace and looks to share her passion of good health & mental well-being within the community. She believes living an active lifestyle builds a solid foundation to lasting success towards our physical and mental health. Julia is excited to be part of the Peaks for Change team and to help raise awareness to end the stigma associated with mental health.

 

Julia Ostrowski

Julia is currently studying at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, after graduating from the Honours Life Sciences Program at McMaster University in 2012. Between programs, Julia acquired her Certification in Case Management, Hospital, and Health Care Facilities. She has been teaching hot yoga since 2013, which continues to fuel her passion for staying active and for continuing to learn about the body – its various types of movements and its healing capabilities. From 2013 to 2016, Julia worked at Chris Hadfield Inc., where she specialized in handling press-related requests and communications. She is thrilled to be a part of the Peaks for Change Team and is eager to help the organization achieve its goal in raising more awareness of the importance of a wholesome mental health care approach.
